Terms and conditionsYour booking with Mantra Albury Hotel is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Tentative bookings
• Tentative bookings will be held for a period of three business days only, after whichtime the booking can be released by Mantra Albury Hotel and the room madeavailable to other interested parties.
Confirmations
• All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of 100% of the deposit paid. Please note thatyour booking is not confirmed until payment is received and the terms and conditionsare signed and returned to Mantra Albury Hotel.
Cancellations
• In the event of cancellation by the client, all monies paid will be forfeited to MantraAlbury Hotel.
• If Mantra Albury Hotel is unable to proceed with your booking due to any reasonbeyond the hotel's reasonable control (eg: fire or flooding), then the hotel has theright to cancel your booking and return your deposit. Mantra Albury Hotel will have nofurther liability for such cancellation.
Surcharges
• Should your function extend past five hours, a room hire surcharge minimum of $500per hour or part thereof may apply. To extend your beverage package, please contactyour wedding planner.
Final numbers
• Final numbers are required fourteen (14) business days prior to the function andcharges will be based on these, minimum numbers or on final head count, whicheveris greater.
• Minimum numbers apply to packages. Should your numbers fall below the minimum,please ask us about alternative package options. Minimum numbers are based on fullpaying adults only. Children and teenagers are additional to this.
Terms and conditionscontinued
Availability
• All evening date requests will be subject to hotel’s availability. Preferred date requestsare also subject to availability for either lunch or evening events.
Payment
• 50% of the estimated function cost is to be settled six months prior to the receptiondate (otherwise Mantra Albury Hotel can cancel your booking and your deposit will beforfeited). Once payment is made, this amount is non-refundable.
• The balance of the account is to be paid in full fourteen (14) days prior the event whenfinal numbers are confirmed.
• A credit card number is required to settle any additional charges associated with theevent. Any damage to Mantra Albury Hotel property will be charged to this credit card.If full payment is not received, the hotel may cancel the booking.
Security
• Mantra Albury Hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to anyequipment or property left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function.
Compliance
• Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly behaviour of their guests and MantraAlbury Hotel reserves the right to intervene where it sees fit.
• To ensure compliance with its Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations, MantraAlbury Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of beingintoxicated
• In addition, Mantra Albury Hotel will not serve alcohol to any external contractorshired by the Bride and Groom e.g. photographers or band members.
Pricing
• The pricing of the quote is valid for 14 days and subject to venue space availability atthe time of booking.
