Introducing The

‘Dim Sum’ Concept As frontrunners in Leadership Development we are truly dedicated to take leadership to the next level by delivering global, customized and real-time leadership programs.

At Mannaz we design programmes in a modular way. A little like ordering a Dim Sum lunch, you choose the ‘dishes’ or topics that are relevant to you, then we work with you to design them in a way that meets your specific needs.

The modules described in this brochure are our most asked-for topics. Our modules are grouped into four categories. ‘Towards Mastery’ is for senior-level leaders; ‘Transformational Execution’ is for mid-level executives; ‘Inspirational Manager’ is for junior or first-time managers; and ́ Virtual Team Manager´ is for all levels.

Mannaz frequently designs and facilitates 1-2 day ‘Top Team Workshops’ incorporating many of the modules described below. These are designed to take senior leadership to the next level by bringing senior executives together, be clear about the ‘big picture’ and become a more cohesive unit.

The length of a programme can be tailored to meet your needs depending on the modules you choose. It could be a half-day workshop, a medium-length 2-3 day seminar, or a 18 month development journey.

The dominant themes are strategic thinking, leading change, and leadership in a ‘VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world’. Programmes at this level tend to require more customisation and flexibility than at other levels. Consequently we offer more ‘up front’ time to understand requirements and build relationships with participants.

DEVELOPING SENIOR-LEVEL LEADERS

The prevailing theme in this category is ‘relationships’. That is because we believe leadership is a relationship; it is not a title, a position or a right.

Many of our clients ask us to help them create a ‘learning journey’ comprising a number of 1-2 day workshops over a period of 6-12 months. This allows participants to deploy their newly learnt capabilities in the course of daily work. This enables them to embed new management practices and get better results.

Many learning journeys begin with a process to raise self-awareness. Mannaz uses a range of well-known assessment tools and methodologies to give participants crucial insight to themselves in a range of dimensions.

The programmes at this level are predominantly skill based. They are designed to give new or junior managers the basic skillset they need to be able to manage themselves, their team and their stakeholders effectively; ‘Management 101’.

As with the other levels, Mannaz will work with you to design a programme comprising these and (if necessary) other topics to equip your less experienced managers with the support they need.

Many clients implement a number of 1-3 day modules over a 6-12 month timeframe, to allow managers to practice their new-found skills on the job. This creates immediate impact both for the manager, the team and the business, and ensures the programme maintains its focus and relevance.

Virtual Team ManagerThe challenges of virtual teams, both for managers and team members, are real, global and potential game-changers. Many clients are grappling with increasingly matrixed virtual teams, and the added complexities born from this way of working.

The Mannaz approach is to challenge the current structures and mindsets, bring insight from market best practice and cutting-edge research, and make the virtual nature of the team a source of advantage, not risk.
