Community  Update  Children’s  Play  Room  

In  an  effort  to  enhance  the  quality  of  living   and   promote   recreational  spaces   for   the   families   of   Madina  Tower,   the   Owners   Association   has  recently   introduced   the   newly  refurbished  and  expanded  Children’s  Play   Room   on   the   29th   Floor   of   the  tower.      The   latest   changes   were   very   well  received  by  residents  and  have  been  extremely   popular   with   children,  parents  and  nannies.             More   indoor   fun   for   the   little  

ones    Kids   in   the  community  were  thrilled  with  the  re-­‐opening  of  the  Children’s  Play   Room.   Some   of   the   new  changes  include:    • Expansion  of  the  play  area    • Freshly  painted  colored  walls    • New  laminated  flooring    • Books  and  toys    • Arts  and  crafts

• No  tampering,  damage  or  loss  shall  be  caused  to  the  Room,  or  to  any  toys,  item,  material  or  other  facility  provided.    

• All  toys  shall  be  used  with  care  and  be  returned  to  its  original  place  immediately  after  use.  

• The  Room  and  toys  shall  be  used  only  for  the  specific  purpose  of  which  they  are   intended  for.    

• Sick   children   are   not   permitted   entry   into   the   Room.   For   comfort   of   your   child   and   the  comfort  and  safety  of  other  children,  please  do  not  bring  a  sick  child  to  the  Play  Room.    

• All  persons   shall   enter  and  use   the  Children’s  Play  Room  at   their  own   risk,   and   are   solely  responsible  for  acquainting  themselves  with,  and  are  deemed  to  have  full  knowledge  of  all  risks  involved  in  and/or  related  to  the  Room  and  activities  herein.    

• The   management   is   not   liable   or   responsible   for   any   cost,   expense,   loss   or   damage,   or  personal  injury  caused  to  or  occurred  by  any  person  in  or  around  the  Room.    

• The  management   reserves   the   right   to  prevent   any   person   not   complying  with   the  above  from  entering   the  Room  and/or  expel  any  person  not   complying  with   the  above   from   the  Room.    

Rules  and  Regulations    

• Operational   hours   are   from  9.00am   to   9.00pm   daily   except  when  closed  by  the  management  (whether  for  maintenance  works  or  otherwise).      

• Children   below   8   years   must   be  accompanied   and   supervised   at  all  times  by  an  adult    

• All   persons   entering   the  Children’s   Play   Room,   must   be  suitably,   properly   and   decently  attired   (swimming   pool   or   wet  attire  is  not  permitted)  and  must  remove   all   shoes   and   other  footwear   before   entering   the  room.    

• Pets,   smoking   and   littering,   are  all  not  permitted  in  the  Room.
