My Name is Novvria Sagita and I am an Indonesian Nationality. I received my degree in physics at the Faculty of Mathematics and the Natural Science, Sam Ratulangi University, in Manado. My Cumulative Prestige Index of 3.39 out of a possible 4.00. My last research concerns the periodic changing occurrences of the amount of Rainfall in the Northern Sulawesi. Before this, I finished my education at Diploma III Meteorology at the Meteorology and Geophysics Academy (AMG) Indonesia with Accumulative Prestige Index of 3.15 out of a possible 4.00. My final duty at the Academy is entitled by An Analysis of the Trends of Absolute Maximum and Minimum Temperatures for a period of 31 years in Semarang. Since 2010, I have been working for the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency For Indonesia (BMKG). It is an official government body and serves to supply information on the weather, climate and earth quakes for Indonesia. I work at Meteorology Station of Sam Ratulangi Manado to serve Meteorology Information . My main duties are to absence meteorology, supply information on the weather conditions of North Sulawesi and weather predictions as well as information on weather conditions for flying at the airport. Lately, extreme weather, climate changes and global warming caught it intent, not only in Indonesia but throughout the world. This fact demands a great increase in the role played by the BMKG to optimalize information services concerning weather and climate to anticipate and reduce negative influences of extreme weather, climatic changes and global warming. Hidrometeorologial disaster is main issue in Indonesia because every year many region get flooding. The rising frequent of flooding event push me to enhance my capabilities and improve my abilities to participate in the hidrological public services, I need more and deeper knowledge of hydrology. These reasons drive me follow International German Summer School On Hydrology. I wish get full scholarship for this course.
