DEPOSITSAll reservations are provisional and are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. All bookings require a deposit: £5 per person for lunch, £10 Per person for evening party. All deposits are non - refundable and non- transferable against food or drink on the day.• Party Co-Ordinator: each deposit pre paid by November 30th

2013 group receives a drink voucher to the value of £1.50 per deposit paid to use on date booked (evening only).

• Provided full payment & pre orders received (applies to groups of 10 or more) no later than 10 days prior to function party co -ordinator pays deposit only (limited to one co - ordinator only).

CONFIRMATIONTo guarantee your booking, confirmation should be forwarded with deposit within 7 days of original reservation. Alternatively the booking may be cancelled and tables reallocated. No exceptions. FINAL NUMBERSFinal numbers of guests chosen, menu and payment in full is required no later than 10 days prior to function. The numbers advised at this time will be the minimum number catered for and charged for. As always we will endeavour to accommodate any request for an increase in your final party numbers, subject to availability.
