***CUSTOMERT REGISTRATION/MAKING A PAYMENT***

There are two ways provided to use this credit card features:

1. Create an online account: Log into the website at http://cisbillpay.north-slope.org/Home.aspx. Register to create an online account by clicking on "Register" at the bottom left corner of the home page, for first time user.

b. You will need to know your customer number, account number, and an email address to verify your registration. Note: Please enter all required information; and click 'Register',

see example image below:

c. The customer is registered but their account is not yet verified. A confirmation message (see example below) appears on the on the screen informing the customer they are using unverified account which must be verified by clicking on the link contained in the verification email. The verification email is sent to the email address provided during the registration.

The emailed confirmation the customer receives is similar to the one below. Please click on the hyperlink to complete your registration conformation.

d. Once you click on the hyperlink, the login page appears with your user name already entered and a confirmation message informing you that the account has been verified.

Now, enter your password as contained on your verification email and click the login button.

e. For future logins, you must enter your username and password.

f. You can manage your account profile under the MAIN menu.

g. You view your Billing History, Service Orders, Meter Reading History, Usage History, Service Information, Transaction History, and Deposit under the "Account Options" menu.

h. You can Make a Payment, Payment for Multi-Account, etc. under the Online Services

i. To make a payment, click on "Make a Payment" under Online Services. See sample screen below:

j. Click the "GO" button.

k. Please enter amount being paid, Payment description is optional, credit card type, credit card number, reenter credit card number on validate field, expiration date, name on card, CVV2 is the 3 digit number on the signature line on the back of your card, email

address, and click "submit."

l. Wait for the confirmation and click "close" to return to previous screen.

2. Alternatively, you can make a payment by clicking on the "Online Payment" link on the website at http://cisbillpay.north-slope.org/Home.aspx. Please see image below:

a. Enter your customer number , account number, and click on the "GO" button. See below:

b. Please enter amount being paid, Payment description is optional, credit card type, credit card number, reenter credit card number on validate field, expiration date, name on card, CVV2 is the 3 digit number on the signature line on the back of your card, email address, and click "submit."

c. Wait for the confirmation and click "close" to return to previous screen.
