4. RevisionsandDeviations
4.1. RevisionoftheLetterofAgreement,includingtheAnnexesTherevisionofthepresentLetterofAgreement,includingtheAnnexes,requiresthemutualwrittenconsentofthesignatories,normallytheHeadsofOperationsattherespectiveunits.
4.2. TemporaryDeviationsWhennecessary,thecontrollersconcernedmayintroduce,bymutualagreementandforaspecifiedtimeperiod,temporarymodificationstotheprocedureslaiddownintheAnnexestothepresentLetterofAgreement.
Acontrollerfromoneunitshallinformthecontrolleroftheotherunitaboutthecancellationofamutualagreementifheplanstogoofflineandtheagreementwillnotbecontinuedbythecontrollertakingoverthesector.

C.1 GeneralConditionsforAcceptanceofFlightsCo-ordinationofflightsshalltakeplacebyreferencetothecoordinationpoint(COP)andinaccordancewiththeappropriatelevelsspecifiedfortherelevantroute(seeparagraphsC.2andC.4).
Flightsshallbeconsideredtobemaintainingtheco-ordinatedlevelatthetransferofcontrolpointunlessclimbordescentconditionshavebeenclearlystatedbyco-ordination,exceptifotherwisedescribedinparagraphsC.2andC.4.
IftheacceptingATSunitcannotacceptaflightofferedinaccordancewiththeconditionsspecifiedabove,itshallclearlyindicateitsinabilityandspecifytheconditionsunderwhichtheflightwillbeaccepted.
C.2 ATS-Routes,Co-ordinationPointsandLevelAllocationTraffic,whichisnothandedoffatalevelasdescribedintheparagraphsbelow,shallbeonanoddFLwhenflyingsouthboundandonaneventFLwhenflyingnorthbound.
Forclimbingtraffichigherlevelmaybeassignedregardlessoftheparagraphsbelow,preconditionedthattrafficreachestheclearedlevelbeforecrossingtheCOP.
