    Listen to the steps of preparing egg sandwiches. Fill in theblanks.

    It is not di cult to prepare egg sandwiches.First o all, you need to prepare all the ingredients.

    o serve our people, you need eight slices obread, our boiled eggs, one small cucumber, twotablespoons o mayonnaise, some butter, a pincho salt and pepper. I you like it, you can also havecheese slices.

    First, remove the egg shells. Place the eggs intoa bowl. Use a ork to mash them. Ten, add themayonnaise, a little bit o salt and a dash o pepper.Mix well and put aside. Next, cut the cucumberinto thin slices and spread some butter onto eachpiece o bread. Ten, arrange some cucumbers on

    the bread. Spread some o the egg mixture on thecucumber slices and put a piece o cheese on top.Cover them with another piece o bread. Repeatwith the other slices o bread. Aer that, use asharp knie to cut the sandwiches into triangularshapes.

    Finally, place the sandwiches on a plate andthey are ready to be served.

    Nowadays, not many people are knowledgeable inchoosing resh raw ood, especially fsh. Tus, itwill be very useul to know how to choose a goodfsh. It is important to choose a good, resh fshbecause it is tastier and we can avoid any oodpoisoning aer eating it. First, look or a fsh withclear eyes. Ten, eel its esh. Te esh shouldbe frm. A good fsh also has bright scales. Most

    important o all, the fsh must not have a badsmell.

    during the accident. It turned out that he was onlya young boy aged ourteen.

    My mother advised me to be very careul onthe road especially during the nights. She saidthat cyclists and motorcyclists should wear brightclothes or saety jackets so other motorists cansee them. Tey must always obey the road rules

    such as wearing a helmet to avoid any unexpectedincident. I they take the necessary precautions,they can stay sae.

    I all road users practise good manners, manyatal accidents can be avoided. However, many donot learn rom what has happened. Road SaetyCampaigns should be carried out all the timeto raise the awareness o being a good motorist,especially among the young people.

    Every Sunday, Mrs. Gapathi takes her daughter,Sandra, along to the market as she has a lot othings to buy. Te market is not ar rom theirhouse so they just walk there. Tey have learntabout green consumerism to help preserve theenvironment. So, each o them carries a basket toput the things they will buy later instead o gettingplastic or paper bags.

    Last Sunday, they walked to the market asusual. A motorcycle sped past them and suddenly,the pillion passenger snatched the handbag o awoman standing not ar rom them. Te womanwas busily searching or her car key. She washolding a lot o things too. Sandra quickly rantowards the woman. However, nothing could be

    done because everything happened so ast.

    Luckily, there were two policemen whohappened to be nearby and saw the incident.Tey chased the snatch thieves and caught themin no time. Te policemen returned the womanshandbag and advised her to be more careul withher belongings.

    Te woman thanked the policemen or theirquick act. Sandras mother also advised her toreuse a big shopping bag instead o having to carrymany new plastic bags. Besides preserving the

    earth, she will be able to hold on to her handbagbetter because there is only one bag. Te womanthanked Sandra and her mother or their concern.Ten, they continued on their way to the market.
