She is responsible for all operational, technical and strategic direction of the corporate provided information technology services to the business. Her previous experience in delivering information technology services and solutions to various federal customers provides a unique approach to the CIO department, truly aligning the CIO with the business owners and objectives. Previously, Linda Howard served as the Senior Vice President/ Business Unit General Manager for the Homeland and Civilian Solutions Business Unit (HCSBU) at SAIC. She was responsible for all aspects of the business unit including strategic planning, business development, operational delivery, technical capabilities/designs in the execution of the programs and client satisfaction. Linda joined SAIC from Unisys Corporation in 2011 where her most recent position was Vice President of Operations and Sales Support for the Federal Government Group. She had held various delivery positions while at Unisys as a Partner. Prior to Unisys, Linda has held executive positions at Identix Inc, DynCorp Management Resources and Electronic Data Systems. Linda is an active member of the Women in Technology association. Is a former member of many industry associations, including the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), Association of Military Comptrollers, Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) and the Industry Advisory Council (IAC). S Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Wyoming. Linda lives in Herndon, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
