Scott provides overall leadership to the Lee Kennedy Co. pro-

ject team, is the main point of contact, and will be instrumen-

tal in developing an understanding of your project goals. His

extensive experience working in occupied facilities, managing

multi-phased projects and meeting aggressive schedules

makes him an invaluable team leader. As liaison to the entire

project team he will direct all aspects of preconstruction and

construction, including planning, programming, and estimating

and will manage owner’s contract; and scheduling, purchasing,

accounting and operations as they relate to project progress

and completion.

Scott is responsible for developing initial construction budgets

and reviewing existing conditions and progress prints to

update the budget during the design phase. With Scott’s

experience and expertise, he will thoroughly review existing

conditions as they relate to the newly intended design. Scott

will identify long lead items and provide alternate solutions to

accommodate your budget and schedule requirements. Scott

will also review and propose value analysis opportunities for

evaluation by the entire project team.

Scott Robbins, Chief Estimator

Jason is responsible for managing Lee Kennedy Co.’s award-

winning safety program and implements, executes and

enforces the program while maintaining full compliance with

OSHA regulations and standards. His focus within our projects

is integration of safety into the planning process. Jason visits

all job sites regularly to conduct safety meetings, training, and

review on-site job conditions while providing valuable input on

all phases of the construction process.

Eric is responsible for direct oversight of all Lee Kennedy Co.

interior field operations. Eric visits all projects regularly to

review site conditions, logistics, schedules and manpower re-

quirements while providing valuable input on all phases of the

construction process. Eric employs a detail-oriented, hands on

approach that enables him to manage field crews for a diverse

collection of projects. His in-depth construction knowledge

allows him to efficiently manage work forces and logistics to

best fit the project’s interest.
