How You Will Benefit:

- Learn the principles of investing in the stock market by working daily with investment anaylsts, including many CFAs.- Learn how to analyze and use financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) to help make investment decisions- Learn how to efficiently use financial research software (ex: FactSet Research Systems, Inc. and Holt ValueSearch™)

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis:

- Research companies (what products they make, how profitable they are, what competitive advantages they have, supply and demand in their industry) to aid in the investment process

- Participate in meetings where KCM analysts talk with CEOs and CFOs about their businesses (normally valued between $150M and $2B)- Build finanical models to show a corportation’s potential cash generation

- Contribute to the investment decision process (whether you think a stock is a buy or sell and why)

- Update internal databases, distribute reports, and perform other administrative tasks
