Housing Finance Bank originated as a Non-Banking credit institution and grew into one of the leading commercial banks in Africa. They approached Kaplan with the aim of offering their senior leadership team with a global and strategic perspective on the new developments in the world of modern banking and capitalizing on its innovations.

The key stakeholders worked closely with our industry expert to develop content that aligned the learning to the business needs and a close eye on the recent regulations in the banking industry.

The resulting programme, therefore, was highly customised and included a blend of theoretical concepts, case studies, illustrative videos as well as group discussions.

The board members who attended the training were extremely pleased as it met their business goal of increasing their awareness regarding new banking trends globally. They valued the consultative approach offered towards the content creation as well as the interactive and comprehensive program offered.

Mashreq Bank psc wanted to ensure that their Relationship Managers were able to understand the concerns raised by the credit team regarding the risk involved in lending money to off-shore banks.

Kaplan offered a collaboratively customized and interactive solution based on the interviews held with key stakeholders of the organization. The program included pre- and post-assessments, comparative case studies and real-time business scenarios.

The learning solution provided the managers with the right skills and tools needed to conduct financial analysis and ascertain risks for banks based on current industry best practices.

The client appreciated the wide range of examples offered by the industry experienced trainer, the comparative analysis of bank financials as well as the extensive and well-structured training content.
