High Security High Security High Security High Security This real time recording system records all conversations and save directly onto the centralized server that is completely owned by the organization, no third party will get involve in the whole process. All achieved files are saved in WAV file format, it could be played with a unique software application. Only authorized person or computer can access or review, strictly avoid leakage of customers’ privacy. The proprietary Counter Voice Mic only allow authorized person via password to upload or obtain any content, safeguard personal data of clients as confidential.

It is equipped with an encryption function and a display for instruction. Sales agent needs to input their staff number and designated password to start recording the conversation. When conversation ends, system will generate a unique in-dex number on the display referencing the related case. Meanwhile, the whole conversation is saved at the centralized voice recording server. The pro-cedure is simple and easy, after recording the conversation at off-site promotion activities, user can upload conversation onto the centralized database by reconnect the counter voice mic to the system network.
