Leadership in Action ©AVT Business School and leadership advisor Jens Schultzer offers a nine-month Leadership in Action program for AVT alumni looking to build on their personal and professional skills.

The Leadership in Action program is designed for AVT alumni who want to achieve extraordinary results both personally and professionally. Ambitious people who want to develop both from a personal perspective but also within their companies. And enlightened people who want to use their knowledge and experience to influence the world.

The objective is to boost the participants’ energy and improve their leadership skills, creativity and happiness. And to understand that when these goals are met, it will lead to improved capabilities to see and act upon the emerging future.

The program will allow you to value and open up to your human qualities: rationality – including your technical and professional qualifications; and personality – including your creative and emotional characteristics. The latter are in reality what drive us.

9 MonthsThe Leadership in Action program takes nine months.

6 Group MeetingsThe program includes six group meetings of two and a half hours each.

1 Off-Site EventParticipants will take part in a two-day off-site event.

Daily ExcercisesThe program offers guidance to daily 10-minute awareness exercises.

Study GroupsAdditional study groups will focus on specific problems discussed in the group meetings.

THE AVT NETWORKThe AVT Network is made up of the more than 1,500 talented and ambitious people that have graduated from AVT Business School having completed the CBA or MBA program. AVT Alumni are invited to events and master classes on current leadership topics to keep up with the latest trends and enjoy the benefits of being in an elite network of influential and like-minded people from some of the most successful Danish and international companies.

PhilosophyThe program will focus on developing skills within all four fields of consciousness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The program will also help the participants solve concrete problems they are faced with on a daily basis. This anchors the program in “routine vs. reality”, which will ensure motivation and optimise the long-term benefits of the program.

ProgramThe Leadership in Action program includes:

n Six group meetings lasting two and a half hours each. It will be possible to choose either a morning group from 6:30 to 9:00 or an evening group from 17:30 to 20:00.

n Daily 10-minute awareness exercises.

n Additional study groups focusing on the specific problems discussed in the two and a half hour meetings.

n One two-day off-site event.

TrustConfidentiality is a natural and necessary part of the programme and enables us to work at a deeper level. This is a prerequisite for achieving extraordinary results.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

AdmissionApplicants must already have completed the CBA or MBA program at AVT Business School to be admitted into the Leadership in Action program.

Meeting PlaceAll group meetings are held at AVT Business School at Sankt Annæ Plads in the heart of Copenhagen.

Time ScheduleStudents can decide to take part in the group meetings that are held in the morning from 06.30 to 09.00 or in the afternoon from 17.30 to 20.00.

Tuition FeeThe tuition fee for the Leadership in Action program is DKK 21,000 exclusive of VAT.
