About The Netherlands One of the most developed countries on Earth, The Netherlands’

16,000,000 people crowd into a tiny country barely the size of the U.S. state of Maine. Fertile, pan-

cake-flat farmlands are crossed by canals with occasional windmills, church spires and villages with

ornately-gabled town houses. Although the official language is Dutch, many people speak very good

English. In addition to visiting farm toy shops and the wonderful LCN show, we’ll tour tractor and com-

bine manufacturing plants and museums in Holland and Germany. Traveling by private, luxury coach

with an English-speaking expert guide with us all the way, we’ll see much of this attractive, small coun-

try and have many opportunities to meet the exceptionally friendly Dutch people.
