August 1, 2014 To whom it may concern, We have been fortunate enough to work with Lauren Parsons as our Operations and Marketing Manager of Pump It Up of Jacksonville since we purchased the business in 2013. As new business owners, it is hard to imagine the transition without her continual guidance and support. Lauren did an excellent job as Operations & Marketing Manager and was an asset to our organization during her tenure with us. Lauren juggled multiple positions at Pump It Up including human resources, training, scheduling, daily operations, inventory, ordering, customer service, and marketing. Lauren was responsible for up to 40 employees and all of this while continuing her college education. While managing all aspects of the business, she would be focused at meeting and exceeding all the sales goals of booking parties and planning events. Lauren has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. She was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent rapport with personnel and clients, and we continue to call upon her for advice.
