2. The ATI-TEAS for Allied Health Exam may be taken no more than two times in a calendar year with 30 daysbetween each test attempt. No TEAS test can be greater than five years old at the ASN application submissiondeadline.
3. Paramedicine: Paramedic applicant must have attended a state-approved and accredited Paramedicineprogram, completed a clinical practicum, and passed the NREMT Certification Examination.EMT-I/AEMT: EMT-I/AEMT applicant must have attended a state-approved and accredited Paramedicineprogram, completed a clinical practicum, and passed the NREMT Certification Examination.Medical Assistant: CMA/RMA applicant must have attended a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program,completed a clinical practicum, and passed the CMA (AAMA) Certification exam.

Nursing Assistant: CNA applicant must have attended a state-approved CNA program, completed a clinical practicum, and passed the NNAAP Certification Exam or the state CNA examination equivalency. Applicant’s licensure/certification information must appear in the states’ registry.
