A deposit of one days rental is required to confirm

reservations of 5 days or less, two days deposit for six days or more.

Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks,

Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.

No refunds for early departure.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits refundable if notified 2

weeks in advance in writing - subject to a 25% service charge. Deposits are nonrefundable if reser-vation is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

There is a charge for children over 12.

Extra Persons are $15.00 per night.

One parking space per room. Parking is assigned.

Guest minimum age is 25 unless traveling with fam-

ily. A valid ID and credit card is required for check-in.

No stereos on decks, patio, pool area or outside

guest rooms.

Guest must observe our quiet time between 11pm

and 7am.

Only registered guests are permitted on the prop-

erty.

Visitors will be instructed to leave.

Violation of any of our policies is cause for immedi-

ate eviction from our property, without refund.

Misrepresentation voids reservation.

No refunds due to inclement weather.

Pets not accepted.

Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.

All convention groups must prepay for all rooms

30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations are nonrefundable.
