SALIENT POINTS

Senate meeting was held on 25.06.2018 at the Bishop'shouse at 10.30 a.m.

1. At least two monthly recollections can be held at thediocesan level.

2. Onpathuveli, one of the substations of Papanasam parishcould be entrusted to the Congregation of Servite Fathers.Onpathuveli will be one of the mission stations of ourdiocese.

3. Nettalakurichy village could be entrusted to theCongregation of the Society of Divine Saviour, Bangalore.Nettalakurichy will be one of the mission stations of ourdiocese.

4. The Senate election will be held on 06 th Thursday,September 2018 at 10.00 a.m. in the Bishop's House,Kumbakonam.

5. It was decided unanimously to raise the fund for theeducation of the poor students in remembrance of the 10th

Episcopal Anniversary of our Bishop.

6. The Parishes, Institutions, Congregations, Individualpriests and the laity are invited to contribute to this fund.
