1.Sweet lime. - 4 No2.Milk. -1 Ltr3.Sugar. -300gm4.Custard powder. - 25 gm5.Orange Essence. -1 Cap6.Dry Cherry. -50 gm

1.Cut the sweet lime into 3/4 size,and scoop out the Orange pulp and juice.2.Keep the orange hood aside.3.Heat the milk and reduce into half, and add sugar .cook well.4.�en add the custard powder , mix well without lumps.5.Add orange essence,mix well , check the sweetening.6.When it comes thick consistency,remove from the �re.let it cool.7.Pour custard into the Orange hood, and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.8.Serve and Garnished with dry cherries.

YAKHNI PULAO

· 250 gms Mu�on or chicken (with bones)· 250 gms Rice· 1 medium size onion· 1 tsp. ginger paste· 1 tsp garlic paste· 02 no. gr.chillies· Whole spices· Salt to taste· Wee bit oil

· Pick, wash, soak for 15 min and drain the rice· Mix all the ingredients except rice and oil and put on �re till the meat is tender. Strain the stock (yakhni – Mu�on stock) and Keep it aside· Fry onion in oil, add meat and stir fry· Add rice and more than double quantity of yakhni stock· Once done can be served with fried onions and chopped coriander leaves· Can be served with raita, pickle or lentils
