• 1 bottle (750 mL) Simple Truth™ Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

• 1 Simple Truth Organic™ Cripps Pink apples, cored and chopped

• 1 orange, quartered and sliced • 1⁄4 cup orange liqueur • 1⁄4 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Apple Juice • 1⁄4 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Mixed Berry Seltzer

Water • 1 bottle (750 mL) Simple Truth™ Italia Prosecco

Sparkling Wine Bottle

In glass container or punch bowl, combine wine, fruit, liqueur, apple juice and sparkling water.

Step 1:

Refrigerate for 1-6 hours for optimal flavor (6 hours is recommended).

Step 2:

To serve, pour sangria and a scoop of fruit into an ice-filled glass, leaving room for the bubbles to float.

Step 3:

Top with a small amount (2 ounces) of prosecco, depending on the size of your glass.

INSTRUCTIONS

• 3 tablespoons rendered bacon fat (optional) • 3 cups vodka • 1 tablespoon Kroger® Celery Salt • 1 tablespoon smoked sea salt • 12 lemon slices • Simple Truth Organic™ Celery Hearts • Simple Truth™ Jalapeno Hot Sauce • Ice • 1 gallon Private Selection™ Bloody Mary Cocktail mixer • 12 Simple Truth™ uncured Hardwood smoked Bacon, crispy

& cooked for garnish if desired

In a quart-size mason jar, shake together vodka and bacon fat. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10-12 hours, shaking occasionally. Chill and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove fat.

Step 1:(optional)

Mix celery and smoked salt and place on a shallow plate; set aside

Step 2:

Rub a lemon slice on the rim of a pint glass. Dip in salt mixture.

Step 3:

Fill the glass with ice. Add 2 ounces of (bacon infused) vodka and top with bloody Mary mix. Stir to combine. Garnish with bacon slice and hot sauce if desired.

Step 4:

Serve immediately. Store remaining (bacon infused) vodka in a glass container with a tight lid at room temperature.

Step 5:

*TIP: Cook bacon, reserving slices for drink garnish and using fat to flavor the vodka. One package of bacon should render enough fat for the recipe.

• 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped, plus 6 long, thin strips

• 1⁄4 cup mint leaves • 2 tablespoons water • 2 tablespoons Kroger® Lemon Juice • 2 tablespoons sugar • 6 cans (12 oz. each) Simple Truth

Organic™ Cucumber Melon Seltzer Water • 12 honeydew or cantaloupe melon ball

Blend chopped cucumber, mint, water, lemon juice and sugar in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate cucumber puree along with cucumber strips until ready to use.

Step 1:

Line inside of pint glass with a strip of cucumber. (Tip: Use a vegetable peeler to make thin, flexible strips.) Fill with ice, add 2 to 4 tablespoons of cucumber puree, top with 1 can seltzer water; stir gently to combine. Garnish with a toothpick skewering 2 melon balls.

Step 2:

Refrigerate extra cucumber puree, cucumber strips and melon balls up to 3 days.

• 8 ounces cream cheese • 1 1⁄2 cups Gouda cheese,

chopped

• 1 clove garlic, chopped • 10 jalapeños, halved, seeds

removed

Preheat oven to 400°F.Step 1:

Mix cream cheese, Gouda and garlic in a medium bowl.Step 1:

Fill jalapeños with cheese mixture and wrap each in halved slice of bacon.

Bake for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.Step 1:

• 1 quart white vinegar • 1 1⁄2 cups granulated white sugar • 1 English cucumber, sliced into ¼” rounds • 2 yellow onions, thinly sliced • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil • 1 1⁄2 cups Simple Truth Organic™ Mayonnaise or Simple Truth™ Plant Based

Mayo • 1 1⁄2 cups Private Selection™ BBQ sauce • 1 can (12 oz.) Lager Beer , divided • 9 potato slider buns • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Form Simple Truth™ Emerge plant-based grinds OR Simple Truth Organic™ 90% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef into nine equal portions (2 ounces each); refrigerate.

Step 1:

In medium sauce pot, bring white vinegar and sugar to boil; turn off heat. Add cucumber rounds. Set aside to cool.

Step 2:

In large skillet, sauté oil and onions until dark golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Step 3:

In large mixing bowl, mix together ½ can lager beer, mayonnaise and BBQ sauce until fully incorporated.

Step 4:

On hot griddle or pan, cook patties 2 minutes per side or until they reach desired doneness, gently pressing down on patties while they cook. Add cheese during final minute of cooking.

Step 5:

To assemble sliders, top bottom bun with sauce, caramelized onions, lettuce, cheese-topped slider patty, pickle and top bun.

Preheat skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil to coat pan. Sauté Emerge Chick’n Grind 5 to 7 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

Step 2:

Reduce heat to low. Stir in hot pepper sauce, cream cheese and ranch dressing until well blended and warm.

Step 3:

Mix in half the shredded cheese; transfer to oven-safe dish. Cover with remaining cheese.

Step 4:

Bake 25 minutes, or heat in slow cooker on low until warm and bubbly.

Step 5:

Serve buffalo dip with carrots, celery, crackers, radishes and bell pepper. Serve alongside Simple Truth™ Plant-Based Cauliflower Dip.

• 2 Tbsp. olive oil • 1⁄2 lb. of Simple Truth Organic™ 90% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef OR

Simple Truth™ Emerge Plant-Based Meatless Grind • 1 large red onion, peeled and chopped • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced • 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped • 1 small hot pepper, seeded and minced • 1 tsp. ground cumin • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro • 1 cup frozen corn • 2 cans (13 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed • 1 cup crushed tomatoes • 1⁄2 tsp. Salt • 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper • 1 Tbsp. lime juice • 4 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese • 1 Bag of Simple Truth™ Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips (serve on the side)


In a large, ovenproof casserole, heat the oil over a medium flame. Brown the beef for 6 to 8 minutes, until it is no longer pink. Move the beef to one side of the casserole dish and sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers for 5 minutes. Stir in the cumin and cilantro and mix well.

Step 2:

Stir in the corn, black beans, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with lime juice and stir to mix.

Step 3:

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.Step 4:

Serve with cheese and Simple Truth™ Yellow Corn Chips.Step 5:
