It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our beloved librarian and friend, Jennifer Matelski. She graced the library for more than 24 years, starting out as a page and eventually fulfilling her dream of becoming a librarian, a position she held for a time at Longwood Public Library as well. She dedicated her life to public service as well as advocacy for the prevention of cruelty to animals. Jenn offered her best to help our patrons, and she will be sorely missed, especially for her dedication to this library.
