Das Geheimnis der Tiefe des Jasba Mosaiks sowie seiner Leuchtkraft und vollendeten farblichen Abstufungen birgt die Mehr-schichtigkeit von bis zu zehn Glasuren. Die Rezeptur für sämtliche Glasuren erarbeitet Jasba selbst – damit die Farben optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Produktion angepasst werden können – und entwickelt sie entsprechend den neuesten technischen und ökolo-gischen Erkenntnissen des Rohstoffmarktes weiter. Dabei wird jede Rohstoffl ieferung nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards geprüft – damit die kontinuierliche Farbbrillanz garantiert bleibt, auch bei den rutschhemmenden Trittsicherheitsfl iesen.

Bei Fliesen mit Hydrotect-Veredelung wird die Beschichtung direkt und damit abriebfest in die Glasur eingebrannt. Zusammen mit dem vielfältigen Angebot an Oberfl ächenreliefs bietet Jasba somit eine unverwechselbare Gesamtkreation von Boden und Wand – ein Unikat, Steinchen für Steinchen.

Le secret de la profondeur de la mosaïque Jasba, de son intense luminosité et de la perfection de ses dégradés se trouve dans sa structure qui peut comporter jusqu’à 10 couches. La société Jasba élabore elle-même la recette de ses émaux afi n de pouvoir adapter au mieux les teintes aux besoins de la production, et les perfectionne conformément aux dernières avancées techniques et écologiques du marché des matières premières. Ainsi, nous contrôlons la conformité de chaque livraison de matières premières avec les standards de qualité les plus élevés pour pouvoir garantir un brillant uniforme, notamment celui des carreaux antidérapants.

Pour les carreaux à fi nition Hydrotect, la fi nition est scellée dans la glaçure, rendant le carreau résistant à l’abrasion. Avec son offre variée de différentes structures de surface, Jasba permet la réalisation, pierre par pierre, d’un concept d’ensemble incomparable pour le sol et les murs.

The secret of the depth of Jasba mosaics as well as their brilliance and perfect colour gradations is revealed by their multiple layers featuring up to 10 glazes. Jasba develops the mixtures for all of its glazes – ensuring that the colours can be adapted perfectly to production requirements – and develops them in accordance with the latest technical and ecological discoveries of the raw materials market, whereby each delivery is tested in accordance with maximum quality standards to ensure consistent colour clarity, even in the case of non-slip tiles.

Tiles with a Hydrotect surface fi nish feature a coating which is burned into the glaze directly making them resistant to wear. Com-bined with a versatile range of surface textures, Jasba therefore offers a unique overall creation for fl oors and walls, and with each individual mosaic tile.

Schon eine normale Innenraum-Beleuchtung reicht aus, um den in der Veredelung enthaltenen Katalysator Titan-dioxid (TiO2) zu aktivieren.
