Meeting Minutes

a. Members Present: LTG Dylan G, LTG Roberto C, LTG James P
2. Key Clubber’s Guide to Working with the K-Family
a. The Committee has decided that the following will be put into each
section of the resource, which will be separated by branch. Each
section will include an introduction and brief history of the branch,
possible challenges that could be faced, and possible interclub
projects to do with Key Clubbers and that branch. We also decided
to add ways to open, and maintain open lines of communication.1
The due date for all finished materials was set to August 11th, but
because of the Committee Directives, we will be moving the date
back to the 4th. We have also decided to ask Lt. Governor James
Florakis who is the chair of the New Club Building & Reactivation
Committee to write a letter on the importance of building new K-
Family Clubs.
3. Each committee member is to come up with three smaller resources
(besides our booklet) that they would like to see made, and also three
interclub projects that members of the entire K-Family can get involved
with. These are due at the ICON Committee Meeting.
4. After speaking with Shane Stuart, who is the K-Family Relations Chair of
New York District Circle K, I shared with the Committee that the goal for
NYCKI is 150 K-Family Projects. I encouraged them all to get in touch with
their corresponding Circle K Lt. Governor so this way we can both on
reaching both their goal and ours.
5. Adjournment Respectfully Submitted,
