2010-2010 New York District Key Club K-Family Relations Committee Lieutenant Governor Dylan Gross, Chair June 26 th , 2010 2 nd June Committee Meeting Meeting Minutes 1. Call to Order a. Members Present: LTG Dylan G, LTG Roberto C, LTG James P 2. Key Clubbers Guide to Working with the K-Family a. The Committee has decided that the following will be put into each section of the resource, which will be separated by branch. Each section will include an introduction and brief history of the branch, possible challenges that could be faced, and possible interclub projects to do with Key Clubbers and that branch. We also decided to add ways to open, and maintain open lines of communication. 1 The due date for all finished materials was set to August 11 th , but because of the Committee Directives, we will be moving the date back to the 4 th . We have also decided to ask Lt. Governor James Florakis who is the chair of the New Club Building & Reactivation Committee to write a letter on the importance of building new K- Family Clubs. 3. Each committee member is to come up with three smaller resources (besides our booklet) that they would like to see made, and also three interclub projects that members of the entire K-Family can get involved with. These are due at the ICON Committee Meeting. 4. After speaking with Shane Stuart, who is the K-Family Relations Chair of New York District Circle K, I shared with the Committee that the goal for NYCKI is 150 K-Family Projects. I encouraged them all to get in touch with their corresponding Circle K Lt. Governor so this way we can both on reaching both their goal and ours. 5. 1. Call to Order
