Hence due to this confusion,investor did not make the Property Tax payment. Investor has finished theconstruction and started commercial production. However, the matter is still pending.16-09-2016- IM decision: Since the NMMC "No dues Certificate" is notrequired, MIDC has informed the investor to apply for time limit extensionunder Udyog Sanjivani Scheme.15-11-2016- Investor update: But according to the investor he does notqualify for "Udyog Sanjivani".
