1. How to use Graphics and Charts.STEP 1.

First of all, open your microsolf power point.

STEP 2.

It will appear like this. Next you will need to change the layout.

Click on Tilte and content

STEP 3.

When it appear like this, you have to click on insert SmartArt Graphic. Then you need to choose your own graphic in the list. Then click “ok”.

STEP 4.

Complete your task by filling those boxes.

STEP 5.

For chart, you just has to review step 1 until step 2. Then you need to click on insert Chart and choose your own chart.

STEP 6.

It will appear like this and its done.

2. How to Running Presentation.STEP 1.

By the following the slide that you have make, you just need to click on slide show button or you can just click on F5.

STEP 2.

By the following the step 1 it will appear like this. And to exit the presentation you just need to click on ESC button on your keyboard. And it’s done.
