• Although not officially supported, the Cisco Jabber application runs on many Android Version 2.2 and 2.3 devices with various degrees of limitations depending on the device. Consult the Cisco Support Forums at http://supportforums.cisco.com if you encounter issues with unsupported devices.

Jabber for Android is available for download from Google Play; Cisco charges for this client via licensing only

For Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1(5) and later:

Cisco Jabber for Android requires user license and Enhanced IP License (or Adjunct license if Android is secondary device)

Valid UCSS-VOIP entitles customers to upgrade to future versions of Cisco Jabber for Android, and to switch between mobile Operating Systems (i.e. from iPhone to Android and vice versa)
