From the desk of the Principal Good Habits of Highly Successful People There is not much difference between extraordinary people and ordinary people in terms of their mental or physical capacity. What makes few people successful and others are not? Some simple habits combined with focused discipline is the key to accomplishing big tasks. Following habits are listed below: a) Healthy Diet: We cannot go against the nature, if we, the life would be full of illness and diseases. This following seasonal diet and life- style recommendations help us to live a long, happy and healthy life.

b) Pure heart and good speech: To be highly successful, one should have pure heart and speak good things. Never think bad about people if you can't think good for them. Speak the truth and don't be selfish and manipulative.

c) Set the goals and achieve them: Setting a goal and achieving the goal are altogether different aspect. Many people spend a lot of energy in just planning. It is important to identify our immediate goals on daily basis and work hard to achieve them to get successful.

d) Get up early in the morning: One should wake up in the morning to plan and execute the plans. When you get up early in the morning, you can make body fit by exercising and having a healthy breakfast. You can plan for the day and accomplish the things on that very day itself. Spend some healthy time with your family.

e) Focus on a routine: The key terms in great people’s dictionary are discipline, routine, focus and sincerity. Planning is easy task but executing the plan is not possible by all. How can sports person be successful? They do their tasks with their routine. They focus on maintaining a schedule or routine with complete discipline and sincerity. Mahatma Gandhi- Mahatma Gandhi is known as the father of nation. He was one of the

most loved and respected Indian leaders who fought the British in his own unique

way and helped our country attain freedom.

Unlike various other leaders of his time, Gandhiji did not resort to violent

and aggressive means to drive the British away. He took the path of truth and

non-violence and was supported by a large number of Indians. According to

Gandhiji, ‘A man is the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.’

Therefore, my dear friends. We should always think positive and follow

the path of truth.

The Fear

The fear inside me is real.

The fear of getting more bold and ignorant.

The fright of being more real and not fake.

No barriers would stop me in that horizon.

I would be a valiant storm destroying everything

around me.

Just rewarding my soul.

• “If a child cannot learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn”-

Ignacio Estarda

• Inclusive education is both a belief and a practice where all children learn in their local schools in classes with students their own age, all children with disabilities, gifted students, children from a wide range of racial and cultural backgrounds, and more.

• Inclusive education truly incorporates all children in an effective learning environment. All inclusion requires the understanding about various composures of every learner. A fully inclusive school enrols and effectively supports all learners, regardless of ability, tailoring learning to individual requirements and making sure those requirements are met. In inclusive schooling children bring their own unique strengths, experiences and understanding to the classroom. Society is richer when all children are valued. Inclusion is not simply about placing all students in classroomss without attending to their individual strengths, needs, and individual learning requirements, it does not demand that all students learn the same thing at the same time, in the same way, and it is not the sole responsibility of the classroom teacher. Erwin states "The true essence of inclusion is based on the premise that all individuals with disabilities have a right to be included in naturally occurring settings and activities with their neighbourhood peers, siblings and friends". Responsibility is often shared with parents and other service provider who caters to the needs of children. Everyone benefits from inclusive schooling in some way, from the children who had previously been denied inclusive schooling, other children in the class, classroom teachers, other teaching staff, the whole school community, and the community at large. Although the change in the educational environment is significant for students with disabilities, the concepts of inclusion also raise new issues for the regular classroom teacher. The teacher who seeks to provide an inclusive education often finds it difficult to cater the needs of all students at a same time. And hence parents support is required in providing with the educational and overall developmental needs. Inclusion requires contribution from all the areas of child’s life.
