    Academic Calendar for the session 2013-14 was prepared

    Existing Computer lab and sports facilities were upgraded

    National Seminar on Students Health Care: Responsibility of State Government or

    School Authorities sponsored by College Development Council, Panjab University,

    Chandigarh was organized on 11.2.14

    Talks on Human Rights, Inculcation of moral and ethical values and How to become

    good teachers were organized

    Health awareness activities were organized in the college

    The faculty members participated and presented papers in seminars, workshops and

    conferences held at State, National and International level

    A proposal for Minor Research Project was prepared and sent to UGC

    Tutorial groups of students under the mentorship of teachers were formed

    To initiate research projects by various funding agencies

    To initiate positive and sustained approach to research and related academic activities

    To form tutorial groups of students under the mentorship of teachers to increase academic and

    non-academic output

    To initiate support programme for academically weak students

    To provide opportunities to students to develop and enhance their creative potential and

    individual talent

    To encourage more and more on campus placements

    The AQARs are placed in the meetings of the managing committee and suggestions are taken and

    implemented for various Quality initiatives of the Institution.

    To Develop and enhance creative potential and individual talent of the students, various

    competitions were organized in the college and the students were motivated to participate in

    competitions held at different institutions

    Rules debarring the misuse of Mobile Phones in the campus were effectively implemented

    Excursions and field trips were organized

    On campus placement for different schools was initiated in the college
