system is distributed according to the user's device.

The content doesn't need to be adapted separately to devices such as PCs and smartphones.

Features

Playback method selection for video/audio courses

Video and audio courses can be set to require being attended from beginning to end, or not.

Settings can be changed depending on the purpose of the course: for mandatory classes or certification workshops, you can require videos to

be viewed in their entirety the first time around. For hobby courses, functions such as fast forwarding and rewinding can be enabled from the

first viewing.

If attending a course from beginning to end is made mandatory, an

"Report Completed Attendance" button as shown on the left will be

displayed once the video has been viewed in its entirety.

When this button is pressed, the system will remember that the video has

been played from beginning to end.

From the second time onwards, fast forward and rewind functions are

activated.

*A course can be attended any number of times during the lecture period, regardless

of whether the course is mandatory or not.

*If a test is registered for a mandatory course, the user will be able to take the test

after pressing the "Report Completed Attendance" button.

Features

"Bookmark" function for video/audio course playback

A "bookmark" can be placed at the playback time in which a video or audio course is put on hold. (Interruption function)

By using this bookmark function, a user can pause and resume their studying on the go when they head out and have to switch their PC at

home for their smartphone.

With the bookmark function, the user can easily study anytime, anywhere.

If the "Interrupt Playback" button (the "Interrupt" button on smartphones)

is pressed while the video is playing, the system will remember that the

video has been paused.

If the interruption function is used, the video can be resumed when a user

logs in with the same account again, even if this is done from another

system access point.

Features

Choice of course methodology

In Drill, multiple Lectures can be registered in one Course, and content such as text, video/audio files, as well as tests can be registered in each

Lecture. It is possible to select whether users can attend any Lecture they want within a Course, or whether they cannot proceed to the next

Lecture without having attended the previous one.

If Lectures can be attended freely, students can start from any lecture they like. If Lectures are set to be attended in order, students will proceed

according to a fixed curriculum and progress will be easy to track.

【 Free Attendance 】 【 Sequential Attendance 】

Students can attend any Lecture.Courses can proceed according to student's mood.

Students attend Lectures in order.Students cannot advance to the next Lecture unless the previous Lecture has been marked as "already taken". (Lecture screen does not open when clicked)

Features

Confirmation tests / questionnaires

Tests can be registered for each Lecture to check students' understanding.

Test are graded automatically. If a threshold for passing is set, tests will be judged to be passed / failed. You can set the number of times a test

can be taken (only once, unlimited, etc.) It is also possible to register a commentary for the test. If a passing score has been set, only students

with a passing grade can access the commentary. Furthermore, it's possible to register a questionnaire instead of a test. Students' opinions,

comments etc. can be collected with ease. Test results and answers to questionnaires can be downloaded in CSV format from the management

screen.

You can freely set passing score thresholds and the number of necessary passing grades.

screen. The Course won't be visible once past its end date.

In addition, students can take multiple Courses with the same account. Courses and Students can be easily linked or unlinked from the

Recommended operating environment for Drill

PC●OS: Windows (8.1 / 10), macOS

●Browser: Internet Explorer 11 / Firefox (latest version) / Google Chrome (latest version) / Microsoft Edge (latest version) / Safari (latest version) ※Only available on macOS

●Voice output (through speakers or earphones)

●System requirements for Internet connection: 100Mbps+ optical broadband provided by an internet service provider

※When attending Lectures via a mobile connection (including mobile Wi-Fi), connection status and communication speed limits etc. may interfere with video playback.

※When moving around while connected to a Wi-Fi spot, connection may be temporarily interrupted. This in turn can prevent the system from saving the file's playback status.

We recommend using the service with a stable Internet communication.

※Device particulars or network filters can interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Smartphone / Tablet

●Smartphone: Android5.0+ / iOS11+

●Tablet: Android5.0+ / iOS11+

●System requirements for Internet connection: LTE connection or better

※Browser: use Chrome on an Android device, and Safari on an iOS device.

※Device particulars or network filters can interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

【Interference examples】

(1) (1) In low-speed broadband environments such as CATV or ADSL, videos can take a long time to load and there may be playback difficulties.

(2) When on a Wi-Fi connection, it's been confirmed that it might take time to load the video, or that the video might not be played due to transmission problems.

If these errors occur when using a Wi-Fi connection, check if there is a problem with the Internet connection speed.

(3) When using a LTE / 3G connection on your smartphone or tablet, or if you are connected to the Internet with a mobile Wi-Fi router, flat-rate provider, etc. and you exceed your data limit, the slowdowns in connection speed that occur

as a result may interfere with the playback of the video.

Furthermore, speed limits might be imposed on MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) SIMs and the like, so please check your contract in advance.

(4) If videos are viewed on Wi-Fi spots, such as cafes, the Internet connection will be temporarily disconnected due to switching networks. As a result, Lecture completion will not be recorded.

Also, if there are multiple IP addresses in a public wireless LAN environment, communication with the recording system may be cut off due to IP address switching. Please use the service in an environment where the Internet connection is

stable.
