Twilight reference

This is the scene where the characters look into each others eyes and share a connection, therefore we feel this will fit in with our music video as our characters will do the same thing to go with our storyline within our song as the lyrics say “You look at me, I look back too” therefore this scene will fit in really well and will go along with the lyrics.

Singin’ in the rain Reference

We have decided to use a scene from Singin in the Rain, we will be using the bit where he walks down the street with his umbrella, this will fit into our video as she walks over to the boy in the rain with her umbrella. We are using this as we wanted parts of more traditional songs interlinked, but with modern film links.

Her Morning Elegance reference

We chose to look at this music video by Oren Lavie, who’s video consists of a stop motion film which focuses on the bed and the couple, we are using this to start our video with, so the couple will be out of bed. We have decided to make the couple roll out of the bed.
