OBJECTIVES

Throughout our retailing internship program, the participants can gain knowledge basis and acquire practical experience in fashion retailing industry and have exposure to retail market in HK.

• Ten weeks internship program • Two students, with 3rd Year full-time BA retailing academic background, will be selected as interns.

IV. SELECTION

CRITERIA

� 3rd Year full-time BA students with Retailing specialism� Passion for fashion retail and frontline operation management� Proactive, energetic, willing to learn and take up challenges� Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility� Strong interest in developing his/her career in retail operation management� Conversational Putonghua is required

APPLICATION

� Submit an essay on “Reasons for applying Sidefame Internship program 2018” in English� Individual interview with Sidefame Ltd. will be arranged for short-listed candidates

� Allowance of HK$9,000 per month

V. SPONSORSHIP

Upon graduation, those intern(s) successfully completed the internship program with outstanding performance will have advantage on the application of Sidefame Management Trainee Program (Retail Operations).
