Where we produce• IPAC owns all of component processes, raw material formulations,
finished additive formulations and controls all the raw materials going in and coming out.
• We control and monitor all blends that are produce.• We currently operate out of 6 facilities in North America
• Contract facilities are all ISO certified• Contract facilities produce key component raw material and blending
of our additive product, including finished oil blending capabilities• Those facilities have the capability to store, blend and store over 30
million gallons of product.• 6 of those facilities have direct rail access & 2 of those facilities have
direct water access

IPAC 1999-2009 Global Coverage
IPAC started in North America. As IPAC developed this market we gained local approval for the US lubricants market.
It took some time to get this acceptance, but IPAC gained market share slowly but consistently. We overcame these obstacles through our investment in developing high performing packages, thorough data sets, a research and technology center to advance our additives and components. In addition, the US market gained the confidence off over 120 US lubricant blenders that proved that our technology and systems compare to those of the major 4.
With our expansion on the Global market, IPAC has made great strides in developing new market areas and gaining acceptance very quickly due to our advancement locally. We are pleased to see IPAC grow in such a short time in the Global market. Please see the next few slides of our growth internationally during the last 15 years.

What We Do• Formulate high performance packages for use in
lubricants and fuels.• Maximize performance delivered per unit cost.
• Develop packages that outperform the majors• Not focused on cutting performance to the bone via over-
testing.
• Backward integration to lower cost.• Control costs, lower threshold margin
• Work with a wide range of lubricant and fuel blenders to custom tailor additive packages for their needs.

Research & Development
IPAC’s Technology Center outside of Richmond, VA has been open for over three years.IPAC takes great pride in the research, development and definitions of additive packages and components. The purpose of our Research Center is threefold. One, additive development of finished additive packages in other key areas. Second, component development. IPAC is continuously backward integrating its raw materials to produce its own components. Lastly, organic synthesis in order to breakdown the construction of organic compounds via organic reactions.

Research & DevelopmentField testing is an important part of the development and validation of IPAC’slubricant products. From crankcase to driveline to industrial applications, IPACfollows a complete matrix of bench and engine tests with this critical phase ofresearch by utilizing vehicles in the field to verify results.
Research & DevelopmentThis field performance of our additives, along with comparative data under actual
operation conditions is an important part of what we do.
IPAC has worked with Ramsey Construction in southern Virginia as one of our key field testing sites for several years
Research & DevelopmentIPAC works with Automotive Concepts West to conduct passenger car gasoline and
diesel testing, focusing on engine oils, transmission fluids and gear fluids.
