1. Provide a broad description of the task that you need to complete in your own words
2. Write down questions that you will ask to determine the type of information that you will

4. Complete the task/solve the problem5. Present your
idea/plan/recommendation/conclusion/solution for the problem
6. Demonstrate the appropriate use of the application programs
