2010-cu ilin aprel ayında «Azərikimya» İstehsalat Birliyi ARdNŞ-in struk-tur tərkibinə daxil olduqdan sonra ekoloji və sağlamlıq cəhətdən təhlükəli istehsalat sahələrinin fəaliyyəti dayandırılmış, ərazinin bir qismi köhnə

qurğulardan təmizlənərək Sumqayıt Kimya Sənaye Parkının istifadəsinə veril-mişdir. Zavodlarda kimyaçılar üçün təhlükəsiz iş şəraiti təşkil olunmuş, isteh-salatların fasiləsiz və iqtisadi cəhətdən səmərəli işləməsi məqsədilə texnoloji qurğularda rekonstruksiya işləri aparılmış, avtomatik idarəetmə sisteminin tət-biqinə və yeni qurğuların layihələndirilməsi və tikintisi işlərinə başlanılmışdır.

Yüksək peşəkarlığa və texniki biliyə malik fəhlə kadrların yetişdirilməsi məqsə-dilə Sumqayıtda ilk dəfə olaraq hər cür əyani vasitələr, müasir avadanlıq, dəz-gah və alətlərlə təchiz edilmiş ikimərtəbəli geniş korpusa malik Təlim-Tədris Mərkəzi yaradılmışdır.

Son dörd ildə işçilərin maaşları 2,3 dəfə artırılmışdır. 2014-cü ilin ilk 10 ayında keçən ilin müvafiq dövrünə nisbətən məhsul istehsalı 20 faizdən çox artaraq, polietilen istehsalı ilk dəfə olaraq layihə gücünə çatdırılmışdır.

Əlavə olaraq Sumqayıt Kimya Sənaye Parkında «Azərikimya» İstehsalat Birli-yinin xammalı əsasında fəaliyyət gostərəcək yeni polipropilen və aşağı sıxlıqlı polietilen qurğularının tikintisi layihəsi həyata keçirilməkdədir.

“Azərikimya” İstehsalat BirliyiSince April, 2010 after joining of “Azeri-

kimya” Pu to the structural division of SOCAR, environmentally hazardous in-

dustrial productions causing negative impact to the ecology and health were stopped, part of the territory were cleaned from old facili-ties and granted for the use of Sumgayit Che-mical Industrial Park.

All emloyees have been provided with safe working conditions at the plants, reconstru-ction works have been maintained to provide economically effective and continuous opera-tion of the production units. The application of automatic control system, design enginee-ring and construction of the units are already in progress. feedstock supplies and producti-on rates have been increased.

“Kimyachi” (Chemist) Polyclinic and Emer-gency Medical Aid Center have been equip-ped with modern health care facilities in or-der to improve social welfare of chemists. In the frame of SOCAR medical insurance and Social Programs of “Azerikimya” Pu every chemist obtained the medical insurance.

for the first time wide two-storied Trai-ning-Education Center equipped with all ty-pes of visual aids, modern equipments, tools and instruments to prepare specialized labors with advanced technical knowledge and skills was established in Sumgayit city. The salaries of employees were increased by 2.3 times in last four years.

In 2014 the production rate increased by 22,6% in comparison with previous year and polyethylene production has reached its de-sign capacity for the first time.

Currently, the construction of new PP and hdPE plants to be operated on the base of raw materials of “Azerikimya” Production union at the territory of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park are in progress.

20 sentyabr 2013-cü il tarixində Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin iştirakı ilə zavodun rəsmi açılışından keçən müddətdə üç iri həcmli sifarişlərin icrasına başlanmışdır. Toplam dəyəri 450 milyon ABŞ dol-larına yaxın olan bu sifariş müqavilələri çərçivəsində Azərbaycan Respublikası dövlət Neft Şirkəti və “Caspian drilling Company” üçün 2 panton, “British Exp-loration (Şah dəniz) Ltd” şirkəti üçün sualtı tikinti gəmisi və “Azərbaycan Xəzər dəniz Gəmiçiliyi” üçün hər biri 80 nəfərlik üç ədəd sərnişin gəmiləri inşa edilir.

Baku Shipyard LLC is the largest and most advanced facility of its kind in the Caspian Sea ba-

sin. The 62-ha shipyard, fully equipped with the latest technological standar-ds in the industry, has the capacity to build a wide range of merchant ships and specilized vessels. The uS$470 000 000 shipyard has been jointly de-veloped, and is currently owned by the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic “SOCAR” (65%) Azerbaijan Investment Company “AIC” (25%) and the Singapore-based Keppel Offshore & Marine company (10%).

The shipyard has secured three mul-ti-million dollar contracts since its ina-uguration by the President of the Azer-baijan Republic on 20 September 2013. under the contracts, with a total value of circa uS$450 000 000, the shipyard has undertaken construction of two flo-ating pontoons for SOCAR and Caspian drilling Company, a subsea constructi-on vessel for British Exploration (Shah deniz) Ltd., and three 80-seat cruise ships for Caspian Shipping Company.

darları dünyanın aparıcı sement istehsalçılarından olan İsveçrənin holcim şirkəti, Azərbaycan İnvestisiya Şirkəti ASC, Avropa Yenidənqurma və İnkişaf Bankı və yerli səhmdarlardır.

2009-cu ildə istehsal gücünün artırılması və ekoloji cəhətdən daha təmiz tex-nologiyanın tətbiq edilməsi məqsədilə quru üsul istehsal texnologiyasına əsas-lanan yeni zavodun inşası layihəsinin icrasına başlanılmışdır. dəyəri 300 mln. avro olan sözügedən layihənin icrası nəticəsində klinker və sement istehsalı əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə artmış, sement istehsal gücü 1,2 mln tondan 1,7 mln. tona yüksəlmişdir.

10 iyul 2012-ci il tarixində Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti cənab İl-ham Əliyevin iştirakı ilə “holcim Azərbaycan” ASC-nin yeni sement zavodunun açılışı keçirilmişdir. hal-hazırda, “holcim Azərbaycan” ASC-nin istehsalı olan sementdən irimiqyaslı tikinti işlərində, o cümlədən qlobal əhəmiyyətli enerji layihələrinin həyata keçirilməsində geniş istifadə olunur.

“Holcim Azərbaycan” ASC holcim (Azerbaijan) OjSC is one of the largest companies in Azer-baijan producing high quality

clinker and cement in strict complian-ce with international standards. holcim (Azerbaijan) OjSC is jointly owned by the Swiss-based holcim Ltd, one of the lea-ding global suppliers of cement and agg-regates, Azerbaijan Investment Company OjSC, the European Bank for Reconstru-ction and development and a number of minority shareholders.

In 2009 holcim (Azerbaijan) OjSC la-unched a new dry Kiln Line project to improve productivity and minimize its environmental impact. The EuR300 000 000 project brought the company a subs-tantial increase in the annual output of clinker and cement, which currently stan-ds at 1 200 000 and 1 700 000 tonnes respectively. The company’s environmen-tal footprint has been dramatically redu-ced by almost halving its fuel and energy consumption with implementation of the new and environmentally improved tech-nology.

holcim (Azerbaijan) OjSC was formally inaugurated by the President of the Azer-baijan Republic on 10 july 2012.

Today, the cement produced by holcim (Azerbaijan) OjSC is widely used in lar-ge-scale construction works, as well as in implementation of energy projects of glo-bal importance.

“Qazax Sement Zavodu” Məhdud Məsuliyyətli Cəmiyyət Azərbayca-nın iri sement istehsalçılarından biridir və zavodun illik sement istehsal gücü 1 milyon tondur. Şirkət hazırda sulfata davamlı se-

ment, həmçinin qalaq və kisə şəklində müxtəlif növ sement məhsulları istehsal edir. Məhsulların müştərilərə vaxtında çatdırılmasını təmin etmək üçün şirkə-tin Bakıda və regionlarda Logistika Mərkəzləri təşkil edilmişdir. Zavodda 600-ə yaxın işçi çalışır ki, onun da əsas hissəsini regionun yerli əhalisi təşkil edir.

İnşasına 2010-cu ildə başlanmış zavodun İnvestisiya layihəsinin birinci mər-hələsi başa çatmış və açılış mərasimi Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin iştirakı ilə 5 iyul 2013-cü il tarixində həyata keçirilmiş-dir. 2014-cü il avqustun 21-də isə zavodda klinker istehsalına start verilmişdir. Şirkətin əsas məqsədi Azərbaycanda və bütövlükdə regional miqyasda tikinti sektorunun aparıcı qüvvəsi olmaq və ölkənin milli rifahına öz töhfəsini vermək-dir.

2014-cü ilin “Sənaye ili” elan edilməsi ilə əlaqədar olaraq şirkət öz inkişaf pla-nını müəyyən etmişdir. həmin inkişaf planına əsasən 2017-ci ildə zavodun illik sement istehsalı gücünün 3 milyon tona çatdırılması planalaşdırılır.

“Qazax Sement Zavodu” MMC Gazakh Cement Plant is one of the largest cement production compa-nies in Azerbaijan with 2500 ton/

day clinker and 1 million ton/year cement production capacity. The company produ-ces different types of cement products, inc-luding sulphate-resistant cement, both in bulk and bag form. In order to ensure on-ti-me delivery of products to customers, the company has established distribution Cen-ters in Baku and distant regions. The plant employs nearly 600 people, the majority of which is from local community.

The first part of the investment project of the plant, started in 2010 with support of Akkord Industry Construction Invest-ment Corporation and International Bank of Azerbaijan, was completed and opening ceremony has been held on july 05, 2013 with participation of the President of Azer-baijan Republic, h.E. Ilham Aliyev. Clinker production line has been commissioned on August 21, 2014. Main aim of the company is to be the leading company of construction industry in Azerbaijan and in region, as well as to contribute to the national welfare.

The company has already decided with de-velopment direction in respect to the an-nouncement of 2014 as Year of Industry. According to the development plan, the annual cement production capacity will be expanded to 3 million tons during 2014-2017, moreover, the largest Production TechnoPark in West region will be estab-lished, through exploring the current inf-rastructure and latest technologies. These developments will ensure the fullfillment of demand to construction materials in Azer-baijan, expansion of the export potential of the country, strengthening the none-oil eco-nomy and support to the social-economic development of the regions.

2014-cü ilin 21 iyul tarixində Azərbaycan Respubli-kasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin iştirakı ilə “Norm” sement zavodunun açılış mərasimi keçiril-

mişdir. Zavodun illik sement istehsal gücü 2 milyon tondur. Zavod Cənubi Qafqazın ən iri sement istehsalı müəssisə-sidir, Bakının Qaradağ rayonunda 160 ha ərazidə yerləşir. Müəssisə Avropanın məşhur istehsalçılarının avadanlıqları ilə təchiz olunmuş və demək olar ki, tamamilə avtomat-laşdırılmışdır. Zavodda tətbiq edilən müasir “quru üsul” texnologiyası istismarın səmərəliliyinə, enerjiyə qənaətə, nəhayət məhsulun yüksək keyfiyyətinə və ətraf mühitin mü-hafizəsinə zəmanət verir. Norm Sement zavodunda müasir standartlara cavab verən sement və beton laboratoriyaları yaradılmış və dünyanın aparıcı şirkətlərinin istehsalı olan avadanlıqlarla təchiz edilmişdir. Laboratoriyada proseslər avtomatlaşdırılmış və insan müdaxiləsi minimuma endiril-mişdir.

NORM şirkəti Avropanın sement istehsalı sahəsində nü-fuzlu qurumları ilə, o cümlədən Avropa Sement Tədqiqat-ları Akademiyasıdır (ECRA) və Almaniyanın VdZ Elmi-Tə-dqiqat İnstitutu ilə sıx əməkdaşlıq edir.

NORM Sement plant is the largest cement plant in the South Caucasus with production capacity of 5 thou-sand tons clinker per day and 2 million tons cement

per year. The plant covering 160 hectares of area, located in Garadakh district of Baku, in 2.6 km north of Sangachal Oil Terminal. The plant is designed according to the most advan-ced European technology with the process equipment supp-lied from the leading manufacturers of European countries, and it is almost entirely automated. The plant also operates the modern “dry process” technology in cement production which guarantees exploitation efficiency, energy saving, envi-ronmental protection, and finally, the high quality of the pro-duct. The mortar and concrete testing laboratories established at the NORM Sement plant meet the highest standards and equipped with modern facilities. The processes in the labs are fully automated and human intervention is minimized.

The European Cement Research Academy (ECRA) is one of the prestigious organizations in the world. By becoming a member of the Academy, NORM LLC strives to bring the la-test international achievements to the local cement industry and represent Azerbaijan in esteemed and reputable Europe-an institutions.

Matanat A Company was established in 2000 and became one of the leading companies in our country and the region

in the field of production of construction materials. The company celebrating its 15th business anniversary introduced many innovations in its segment. It is Matanat A, the first manufacturer of dry mortars and ceramic adhesives in Azerbaijan, the name of which is associated with the first employment of Nano and Smart technologies in the process of construction materials production.

“A AС” müasir tikinti materialları zavodu 26 dekabr 2011-ci ildə Ba-kının Qaradağ rayonunun Səngəçal qəsəbəsində yaradılmışdır. Za-vodun illik istehsal gücü 360 min kubmetr məsaməli beton blokları

təşkil edir. Almaniyanın yüksək texnologiyası olan Werhahn avadanlıqları ilə təchiz olunmuş zavodda istehsal olunan bütün məhsullar milli və beynəlxalq standartların tələblərinə cavab verir. Eyni zamanda daimi olaraq məhsulun keyfiyyətinə müasir laboratoriyada nəzarət edilir. Laboratoriya AZS ISO/IEC 17025:2009 sertifikatlarına uyğun sertifikatlaşdırılıb. “AAC” müasir tikinti ma-terialları zavodu “SYNERGY GROuP”- a daxildir.

“AAC” MMC gobustone hörgü blokları və yüksək keyfiyyətli əhəng istehsal edir. Qobustone məsaməli beton blokları digər hörgü materiallarından yüngüllüyü, zəlzələyə davamlığı, uzunömürlülüyü, yüksək istilik və səs izolyasiyası, ekoloji cəhətdən təmizliyi, həmçinin adi əl və ya elektrik alətlərindən istifadə edilən zaman çox asanlıqla emal olunması ilə fərqlənir və tikinti prosesini əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə tezləşdirir.

“AAC” company (member of Synergy Group) produces aerated concrete blocks

which prepared on the basis of Ger-man original equipment and high-te-chnologies. Aerated concrete goods are produced in the factories which located in more than 50 countries around the world and which number of more than 200.

Aerated concrete differs from the other construction materials with its stren-gth, lightness, durability, sustainabi-lity of heat and frost, ecological safety, processed quite easily when used hand or electric tools. Aerated concrete is currently using in the construction of high-rise and low-rise buildings, in the building of external and internal walls, in the construction of partitions, coa-tings and ladders.

Qaradağ Metal Konstruksiyalar Zavodu “AZƏRİ” fərdi Çoxprofilli firmasının tərkibinə daxildir. 4200 m istehsalat sahəsinə malik olan zavod “Azəristeel” adı altında 2012-ci ilin 10 iyul tarixindən fəaliyyətə başlamışdır. Sahəsi 8 min

600 m2 olan zavod Qaradağ rayonunun Sahil qəsəbəsində yerləşir. Gələcəkdə ərazisi-nin 25000 m2 kimi genişləndirilməsi nəzərdə tutulur. Zavodun tikintisinə 2011-ci ilin iyulunda başlanılmış və 25 mln. manat vəsait ayrılmışdır. Zavod Avropanın “Kaltenba-ch Gmbh”, “Zimfer”, “Vinter”, “Voortman”, “facin” və “durma” şirkətlərinin müasir texnologiyası əsasında qurulmuşdur. Əsasən metal konstruksiyalar istehsalı və quraş-dırılması sahəsində fəaliyyət göstərir. Ayda 3000-5000 ton metal konstruksiya istehsa-lı gücünə malik olan bu zavodda 500 nəfər işləyir.

“Asena Co” MMC “Asena Co” LLC was established in 1999. The company produces agricultural and food proces-

sing equipment. The products produced by the company are exported to the mar-kets of Russia, ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan and uzbekistan. More than 30 forage plants equipped with the company equipment have been built in these count-ries. These forage plants are still operating successfully. As from 2008 the company has started specializing in the second area.

This is the production of poultry slaughte-ring and meat processing equipment that are considered important for broiler farms expanding worldwide. first sets of equip-ment manufactured by the company were exported to Krasnodar region of the Russi-an federation and Tashkent province of the uzbekistan Republic. With focus on custo-mer satisfaction, the company continues design works targeting full automation of the existing cut lines without stopping.

In 2013-2014 company designers designed and manufactured one of the robots for removal of inners and cleaning of poultry thus saving human labor and enhancing hygienic indicators. The company plans improve its engineering and design capa-city over the next 5 years and design and manufacture all robots existing in this se-ctor .

Quality management system of “Asena Co” has been audited against ISO 9001-2008 standards and certified by Swiss company SGS.

enterprise, expanding its activities, put into operation a new factory, which was cons-tructed in Sumgayit within the framework of the announced Industry Year. President Ilham Aliyev attended the factory launc-hing. At present, the production enterp-rises operating in Baku and Sumgayit are equipped with deodorising and winterising systems and, operating with no harm to the environment and applying “no hand” technology, produce high-quality liquid oils, packaged plant oils, mayonnaise, cho-colate creams and melted butter, as well as industrial oils for confectionery factories.

The annual production capacity of the fac-tory is 270,000 tonnes. Besides satisfying the country demand fully, high-quality products manufactured by the enterprise are widely exported to Georgia, Iraq, Ta-jikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, uSA and other countries, bearing the label “Product of Azerbaijan” and successfully representing Azerbaijan by such brands as “final”, “Mocuze”, “Royal” and “Zeytun Baglari”.

ATENA LLC started its activity on 11.05.2011. It is the distin-ctive milk collection farm and

production enterprise not only in Azer-baijan and also in the world for its di-ary technology and method of work. It controls all diary products in each po-int of its production by its technology to protect cost of food.

ATENA produces 400 ton fresh milk by the help of its automatic equipment a day. The enterprise covers 12.000 m2 area and totally 240.000m2..

Initially the enterprise has entered di-ary products market with products of 32 types and today is serving to its cus-tomers with 48 products types.

ATENA gives guarantees for delivering of its diary products during 24 hours from milk processing unit to sold point. So diary products of ATENA (as milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese) surely pre-serve their natural (without any chemi-cal substances) and fresh taste without using any chemical substances.

mali” companies group with head office in Istanbul. Currently, the company has representative offices in 21 countries employing 45 thousand people.

In 2005 “NurSüd” LLC dairy product factory was established. And starting from the beginning of 2008 a wide range of dairy products were laun-ched under the “PalSüd” trademark and thereby “Palmali” group of companies is presented in food sector. At the same time with the purpose of sa-les development process in November 21st, 2008 “PalSüd distribution” LLC was established.

In 2009 “Paldad“ ice-cream factory was estab-lished which produces ice-cream products under the same name. In december 21st, 2013 “Palfo-od” LLC was established and production and sales companies conjoined under one entity. “Palfood” production facilities cover 40.000 m2 area. dairy and Ice-cream production plants cover 7000 m2 və 5000 m2 area for each. “Palsüd” dairy factory has 50.000 tons/year milk processing capacity and “Paldad” Ice-cream factory has 12 tons/day production capacity. və orqanik olduğu sertifikatlaşdırılmışdır.

Meyvə suyu, konsentrat, narşərab, kompot, şərab və brendi istehsal edir. Ölkə-də 12 regional anbarı mövcuddur. Az-Granata öz mərkəzi distribusiya sistemini yaradıb və hazırda 10 000-dən çox satış nöqtəsinə məhsul çatdırır.

Bundan əlavə, müəssisənin cari fəaliyyəti üçün tələb olunan infrastruktur: fer-ma üçün 20 min tonluq silos quyuları, Böyük Britaniya istehsalı olan süd sağım kompleksi, südün soyudulması və saxlanması üçün 40 tonluq çən, yemin hazır-lanması və bölüşdürülməsi üçün traktor və mexanizmlər, lazımi kənd təsərrü-fatı texnika və avadanlıqları mövcuddur.

2014-cü ildə müəssisədə 9,6 min ton süd, 3,6 min ton ət istehsal edilmiş, Soyu-ducu anbar kompleksinə saxlanmaq üçün 4,2 min ton tərəvəz məhsulları təda-rük edilib. Yem zavodunda isə son tamamlama işləri aparılır. “Qarabağ Aqrar Sənaye Kompleksi” MMC 180 nəfəri daimi, 150 nəfəri isə mövsümi işlə təmin etmişdir.

operating since 2011. The company has cold storage complex (capacity 5000 ton), meat factory with the annual pro-duction capacity of 5400 tons, cattle breeding complex for 2,000 dairy cattle and 2,000 beef cattle, 10,000-ton gra-in storage warehouse and forage plant with daily production capacity of 240 tons.

In addition the infrastructure requi-red for current operation of the com-pany:20 thousand ton capacity silos, , milking unit produced in the uK, 40-ton tank for refrigerating and storage of milk,, tractors and plants for forage preparation and distribution, necessary agricultural machinery and equipment.

Bura-da, həmçinin parçaların yuyulması, ağardılması və qurudulması da həyata keçirilir. Tikiş fabrikində yorğan istehsalı üçün ayrıca xətt yaradılmışdır. Bu xətt ayda 18 min yorğan istehsal etmək gücünə malikdir. Ümumi sahəsi 6 min m2 olan tikiş fabriki ən son texnoloji avadanlıqla təchiz edilmişdir. fabrikdə ayda şərti olaraq 50 min kişi, qadın və uşaq üst geyimləri, NATO standartlarına uyğun hərbi və xüsusi geyimlər istehsal olunur.

Azərbaycan Republikasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyev 3 noyabr 2009-cu il tarixində Bakı Bərk Məişət Tullantılarının Yandırılması Zavodunun təməlini qoymuş və 19 dekabr 2012-ci il tarixində zavo-

dun açılışını etmişdir.

Balaxanı qəsəbəsində 20 hektar ərazidə inşa olunan və illik gücü 500 min ton təşkil edən bu zavod, hər biri 250 min ton olan 2 xətdən və elektrik enerjisini istehsal edən turbindən ibarətdir. Tullantıların yandırılması prosesi nəticəsində il ərzində 231,5 mln. KVt/saat elektrik enerjisi əldə etməyə imkan verir.

İstehsalat gücünə görə bu zavod şərqi Avropada və MdB məkanında ən iri bu tipli zavod hesab olunur. dördüncü nəsil (4G) texnologiyalarının tətbiqi ilə qurulan bu müasir zavod Avropa Birliyinin ətraf mühitin mü-hafizəsi sahəsində ən sərt normativlərə tam cavab verir. Yanma məhsulu olan tüstü külü xüsusi filtrlərlə tutularaq ətraf mühiti çirkləndirmir. daha ağır və zərərsiz olan dib külü yol inşası üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş tikinti ma-teriallarında istifadə oluna bilər. Bundan əlavə, tullantının yandırılması zamanı soyutmaq üçün istifadə edilən təchizat suyu yalnız təmizləndikdən sonra çirkab sularına yönəldilir. Zavodun tullantı hədlərinin monitorinqi gündəlik olaraq həyata keçirilir və nəzarətdə saxlanılır.

lakhani settlement with 500,000 tons of annual capacity consists of 2 incineration

lines, each of 250,000 tons and a turbine produ-cing electricity. The amount of electricity obtained as a result of waste incineration will be equal to 231,5 million kWh/year.

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation of Waste-to-Energy Plant on November 3, 2009 and participated in the Plant’s inauguration ceremony on december 19, 2012.

In terms of productivity, this Plant is considered to be the biggest Waste-to-Energy Plant in Eastern Europe and CIS countries. The plant was constru-cted using 4G technologies and completely comp-lies with local and European standards of environ-mental protection. fly ash generated during the incineration process is caught by the special filters and does not pollute the environment. heavier and less harmful bottom ash could be utilized as a construction material for road construction.

furthermore, industrial water used for cooling du-ring waste incineration is discharged into sewers only after treatment. Monitoring of emission level at the plant is conducted and controlled daily. Be-fore launching the construction of the plant, Envi-ronmental Impact Assessment was prepared and presented to various public discussions.
