Jaideep is the head of technology at iConnect. A software engineer at core he is the driving force behind iConnect’s product development and software consulting practices
He has 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a long stint in Europe and valuable exposure to APAC market.
With a great focus on quality of delivery, he believes that greatest qualities of an IT services company are, reliability and agility.

About ShreedeepShreedeep is the head of business development and operations at iConnect. He is responsible for the company’s go to market strategy and customer relationship initiatives.
He has 10 years of experience in managing large accounts and cross-functional teams. He likes studying business models he comes across and employment creation is his motto.
