• Documentation Required in Iraq– Employer ID Card, Valid Passport– Waybills if hauling humanitarian goods– Contract drivers need valid passports

• Comply with external host nation border procedures• Convoy movement number guarantees place

– Not required, travel control points (TCPs) will integrate agency traffic as possible

• Coalition forces may stop and search IO/NGO vehicles if required for force protection or mission needs

• Refusal to cooperate may result in detainment and removal from the area until military mission is complete

• Convoys of more than five (5) vehicles must register for convoy clearance on main routes

• If requesting military security help, please do so ninety-six (96) hours out, to allow for determination and/or tasking of units
