I’d like to be able to class this as a standard class bus station; it was rundown, with a street vendor selling phone cases. The display of information was lacklustre and cheap, as if made in excel, it didn’t exactly say First class at the least. The station is in dire need of a renovation to bring it up to the standard of the buses. The train station was a lot like the metro station, it felt rather rundown, in need of a bit of TLC, the experience of been there was mixed however. There’s a lot of new technology, but it feels out of place in a building that seems like it’s never been updated past the same beige palette. The station’s platforms show that it has some class however, one part that has been updated. I collected leaflets and booklets from throughout the Metro station, National Express and from within the Train station as well too compare with each other. To see the differences in class displayed within the graphic design, with the National Expresses been of the highest standard within the selection. As well as the Metro station, connected right onto it was the National Express station. The class audience was the same, but the difference in the building was incredible. 1 1: National Express 2: EuroLines 3: Metro 4: First Express 2 3 4

I went the bus station in Leeds; it was the main station for the Metro line.

I collected leaflets and booklets from throughout

the Metro station, National Express and from within the

Train station as well too compare with each other. To see the differences in

class displayed within the graphic design, with the

National Expresses been of the highest standard within the selection.

As well as the Metro station, connected right onto it was

the National Express station. The class audience was the

same, but the difference in the building was incredible.

FirstClass.

I found that the biggest divides in classes exist within Trains and Planes, the segregation is a lot more dramatic, in overall quality of the experience and this really caught my attention when I was looking through the images, it’s visually apparent instantly not at a small glance. First class is the best of the best, you’ll be treated like a king, for a premium price that is.

At second class, which only exists within long distance journeys within most public transport, often known as business class too. Here you’re on the mid-point, you’ll have the improvement over standard class, but not the total luxury of first class. It’s more or less standard class with a little extra leg room and more comfortable seating, just for a little extra cost to follow on with.

Standard class is the cheapest option, for some people the only option available to their budgets. It’s the everyday man’s transport, with this most apparent again within planes. You’ll have to wait in long queues, lose all personal space during the flight and along with that have microwaveable meal standard food. But it does It’s job of transporting you.

FirstClass.

You arrive at the airport, short check in queue followed with a lounge to relax and wait in. Once you’ve boarded you’retransported in the upmost comfort, with plenty of legroom too. With a television for entertainment and cusine chef food served to you as well.

You arrive at the airport, with a slight check in queue followed by the lounge to relax and wait in. Once you’ve boarded you’re shown to your seats with extended legroom above average comfortable seats. The food that’s served is of restaurant quality, a little better than what’s given to you in standard class.

You arrive at the airport, to be greeted with a long queue to check in. After that you’ll have the privilege to sit with everyone with little personal space to wait while before you board, and again the same once you have done. Microwave standard food is served, there’s a small entertainment display.
