Installation Instructions
1. Swivel the foot of the base 90 degrees.
2. Extend and lock the bungied pole into place.
3. Insert support pole into the hole in the base.4. Using foot as support, slowly pull banner up.5. Hook the top bar of your banner to the support pole’s head.
