From E-Salary to PIS

Login in e-salary Software

After login click “export to PIS button”

Now ddo have to select department.

After selecting department, user get list of updated and non-updated employee. User can only view the details of updated employee, but user can edit the details of non-updated employees

Once user click on “Edit” button, user will see below screen to update employee information

Once user updates employee information, user will see updated employee list.

.That’s over; user can continue to e-salary section by clicking “Home” and also get logout by “Logout”

First user has to create maker. For this click “Create maker account”

As user can make multiple maker accounts. After creating this, user can give access permission to maker account. To give permission, user has to click “Edit Maker Account” from dropdown link

.How to freeze the data

Maker and checker can login through http://164.100.137.158/pis/ with their username and password to do the following steps.

Employees can login through http://esalaryhry.nic.in/ or http://intraharyana.nic.in/

1. Maker update the employee master . (Maker)

2. Checker verify the data. (Checker)

3. Set the objection date . (Checker)

4. Employee should login in esalary and verify his/her details.

5. Maker can also verify the data. (Maker)

6. In case of any objection, Maker has to correct the data and resend

to checker. (Maker)

7. Ready to finalize. (Checker)
