This screen will be displayed


Click on Log In

Click on Log In


You are now registered inside the VA2013 Membership site

Scroll down the page to view the download links


To download the PDF file, hover your mouse to the target file


Right-click


Select Save As or Link As


The screen that contains your local folders will be displayed


Click on the folder where you want your pdf to be saved


Click Save

Click Show in folder


You should be able to see your saved file now
