Created a document with the dimensions of Little White Lies

Added a black and white gradient

Applied a filter to create a rain-like texture

Made a new layer, applied a custom gradient of

blue, gold and white

Turned down the transparency of the second

layer

Created a rule divide as so I could use the rule of

thirds

Added the feature name, applying an outer glow

and a stroke to make it eye catching

Rotated the square, added +5 points to give it an

outline

Added a black square behind the white square,

made it transparent
