If you have not yet signed up for Parish Giving, why not sign up and give it a try. It is far more convenient than going to the ATM and having only $20 bills in your pocket. Simply go to our parish website (www.holyfamilynutley.org) and click on the link to ParishGiving. You can then establish your account and set up your annual donations in a matter of minutes. And that’s it - - you’re good to go! This is especially convenient for those who have children in our school and CCD programs. You are then easily able to establish that you are an active, participating parishioner of our Church.

“Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.” - 1 JOHN 3:18 Regarding our Catholic faith, do you “walk the talk?” Do your actions

reflect what it means to be a good disciple? Are you an active participant at Sunday Mass? Are

you joyful when participating in parish ministry? Do you give gratefully and generously with your financial support to your parish and other Church needs? If not, it’s not too late to start!

Please drop off the “Mother’s Day Remembrance” envelopes. We ask this in advance of Mother’s Day because we collect all the envelopes, tie them together and put the on the altar for the entire month of May. Don't forget to include your

Mom’s name, living or deceased, to be remembered at all Masses.

“Let the Church always be a place of mercy and hope, where everyone is welcomed, loved, and forgiven.”

...Pope Francis

The Church can also be a place to heal. We are called to “be merciful like the Father.” So many are suffering from the effects of abortion. Where can they heal? Where can they feel safe and loved? The Archdiocese of Newark Respect Life Office will be hosting two upcoming Rachel’s Vineyard retreats to heal the wounds from abortion. Retreat date: May 14-16, 2021.
