The Problem Before working with EasyWeb, High Noon Stores advertised mainly on Universal Jobmatch, the free government site for jobseekers, as well as using recruitment agencies for their more senior retail roles.

They found that despite stating the location on the advert, applicants for their general assistant roles were often based in varied locations up and down the country.

In short, High Noon Stores have implemented applicant tracking software at no cost, increased efficiency of their free direct sourcing strategy and made a number of quality hires through EasyWeb Agency.

Thanks to the ATS, the team at High Noon Stores now follow a consistent and streamlined recruitment process for every applicant.

The Result

High Noon Stores met EasyWeb after making enquiries with A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd, who explained how they use EasyWeb’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) alongside their online managed recruitment campaigns and agency service to recruit for their many branches.

Within the Within the ATS, High Noon Stores have an Agency Portal which allows them to release their vacancies to EasyWeb Agency, as well as any other agencies they wish to add to their PSL. When EasyWeb Agency have a suitable candidate, they can then log in and submit their candidates back through the portal to be reviewed by the team at High Noon Stores.
