HelpfulHints
• All of the recipes in this book
use 100% whey protein isolatefor the protein powder listed. It is
the purest form of protein
without any sugar, flavor or
fillers. It doesn’t affect the flavor
of the smoothies at all but ampsthem up for perfect protein.
• Fresh fruit was used in all the
recipes unless otherwise noted.
• Frozen fruit may be substituted
in any recipe. If you use frozen
fruit, eliminate the ice.
• The sweeteners may need to beincreased or decreased
depending on your preference.
When fruit is in season, you
won’t need any because it Isweet enough on it’s own.

3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 scoop 100% whey protein powder
¼ cup almond milk
4 reconstituted figs, chopped
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 ice cubes
1 Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.
2 Blend until smooth
Notes~
Reconstituting the dried figs makes them plump and juicy which
is why I recommend it. If the dried figs are soft, you can skip this
step. I’ve made this both way.
To reconstitute figs, just soak them in very warm water until they are soft. This should take no more than 10 minutes.
