first person to do the challenge will be the one declared as the winner.

the guesser. They will pick a number and that number corresponds to a

1. Market Segmentation
The booth's customers are walk-in customers which are students of
Faculty of Pharmacy for them to be able to play a part in the set of fun
and challenging activities related to the individuals specific capacity
that are offered by the section. It is not possible to have mail order
customers because the individual will not be able partake in the
activities offered by the booth where physical participation is
necessary.
Strategy and Implementation Summary
5.1 Competitive Edge
The 3D-Pharmacy Booths competitive edge is uplifting Pharmacy,
Medical Technology, and Biochemistry practice with fun and excitement. To
do that we must formulate unique games that will not only challenge the
students but will also enhance their capacity as a future Pharmacist, Medical
Technologist, or Biochemist.
We will be able to do that by letting the students face their fears and
work under pressure. For example, we will instruct a Pharmacy student to
make paper tablets within a limited time and make sure he will do it
correctly and with elegance, if he finished the game properly then exciting

prizes, tips, and trivia about Pharmacy program awaits him. Other games are
also allotted for the Medical Technology and Biochemistry students.
3D-Pharmacy Booth was not conceptualized to make fun of the
students and waste their money on non-sense. It aims to develop the skills
and knowledge of the students with regards to their chosen future profession
while playing and interacting with others. This concept was completed to
make the students know that learning is not merely on a classroom setting
or in seminars but it can also exist outside and be fun.
5.2 Marketing strategy
The strategy of the company is a marketing/customer oriented. This means
that the activities are based with the target markets interest. Here are the
specified activities for the target market. These activities are not only
educational but also fun.
For Pharmacy students, the company made such activities like fast making of
paper tablets within a limited time. This activity will not only test the
capacity of the students but also practice them with their future profession.
For Medical Technology and Biochemical students, the games Pinoy Henyo
and Gelabble were formulated. In the game Pinoy Henyo, groups are
composed of 2 members: the one who will guess the word/phrase and the
other is the one who will respond to the guesser. They will pick a number and

that number corresponds to a word/phrase that they will be guessing. They
will be given strictly 2 minutes only to guess the word/ phrase. The timer will
start automatically after the word/phrase is seen. YES, NO, and MAYBE
are the only possible responses. In the third game Gelabble, scrambled
letters are placed inside a container with gelatin, the player has to get those
scrambled letters using his hand and then he has to form the word which is
related to the his course.
These activities presented once performed correctly will have corresponding
prizes. The company has merchandises like ballers and stuffs that will
increase the eagerness of the students to win every activity presented.
Advertisements are promoted through personal contact with customers
(persuasion through conversation), flyers and utilization of tarpaulin/s.
5.3 Sales Strategy
Sales strategy will be based on generating relationships with
customers. To facilitate that, we will formulate quality games that are both
educational and fun at the same time. All sales agents will be trained to
provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Establishing successful
relationships with customers ensures high profitability.

A customer will pay an amount of P15 to try one of the games he will
choose. If he/she wins the game, a prize awaits him/her. If he/she loses in a
game three times successively, a freebie will be given.
5.3.1 Sales Forecast
During the first day of operation, we will focus on setting up the booth and
the games as well as its promotion. Sales activity will also begin on the first
day. In day two, we expect to see an increase in sales and steady growth of
sales as well. In day three, we expect to see steady sales and also a
decrease in it.

1. Target Market Segment Strategy
The name of business will seek to attract three different groups of
customers and will thus have three strategies to attract them.
We anticipate that the group of customers will be present in
Pharmaweek. These customers will be targeted through an
advertising campaign using posters that would be posted around the
two floors of Main Building occupied by the students of Faculty of
Pharmacy duly approved by the deans office.
2. Competition and Buying Patterns
8/3/2019 Heco Proposal
23/23
With the different organizations also with their own perceptions
of what is (enjoyable for them), the booth gives its own definition of
fun. The booth, unlike the others, features the diversity of the faculty.
The booth contains both educational and fun ways of learning things.
Here, students will learn that inspite of their hard work and sleepless
nights there is also an upside to the courses they enrolled. The booth is
educational in the sense that everything that is in the booth are
related to the courses. The only way to find out is to participate. It is
fun in the sense that the students are using other parts of their body
other than their brain.
There will be no buying patterns because our service is more like
a want than a need therefore it is not possible to predict a buying
patterns.
