During the period of 2013 to 2015 Mr Wilcox worked for me as my Housing Estate Manager in Canada. This complex, time sensitive and often welfare driven role involved the allocation, maintenance and accounting for 180 3-4 bedroom houses in four locations 450 KM apart. Normally personnel and their families would be sent to Canada tor 2-3 years, would require housing, and it was his task to ensure all their requirements were met.
