GUNUNGKIDUL

Gunungkidul. A district that is located in the southern part of Yogyakarta.

Gunungkidul is the eastern border of the territory of Yogyakarta and Central Java.

Gunungkidul consists of 18 districts and 144 villages. Each district has many tourist

attractions, culture, and various kinds of special food that can be enjoyed at any time.

Some places of cultural tourism are Mount Images (a hermitage Raden Mas Said /

Prince Samber Nyowo), Megalithic Sites Sokoliman (This site was formed in prehistoric

Sea Offering Ceremony

Ceremony Cing-Cing Goling
