Dellner Brakes has high technical competence, a small and flexible organization with high accessibility and fast decision-making and a Quality Manage-ment System certified according to ISO 9001:2008.

Dellner Brakes’ brake systems are for example used in large vessels, within the offshore, mining, pulp & paper, oil and energy sector, for cranes, winches and different industrial vehicles. Within marine brake applications, Dellner Brakes is a world leader.

Dellner Dampers has provided customised damp-ing products to world-leading companies for over 50 years. Dellner Dampers mission is to provide an optimal solution for any vibration or energy absorption problem.

Dellner Dampers is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard). All product development and manufacturing are done in-house in Sweden.

Dellner Dampers products are used world-wide in a wide variety of applications e. g. container spreaders, cable stayed bridges, ship to shore cranes, crash test rigs, wind turbines and more.

Dellner Woodville is at the forefront of polymer technology; designing, manufacturing and delivering innovative flexible solutions for some of the world’s most challenging and demanding environments.

Dellner Woodville has extensive experience in supplying custom-made polymer components to the oil & gas, power generation, defence, civil engineering and mass transit sectors.

You can find Dellner Woodville’s products virtually everywhere from specially formulated electrically conductive materials used in power generation to high performance inflating clamping systems used extensively in oil and gas extraction.

THE STL-SYSTEMA ”MULTI-FUNCTION” UNIT ALL CONTAINED IN ONE CUSTOMER INTERFACE

The STL-System offers you one or several of three functionsStopping: Dellner Brakes’ hydraulic or electric disc brake calipers effectively handle the stopping operation.

Turning: Mechanical linkages with hydraulic cylinders or electric motors positions the disc brakes. Together with an intelligent control system we turn or index the shaft – without the need for other turning devices.

Locking: The locking Device LM has a specially designed tapered pawl that is engaged into a machined slot on the outer peripheral of the brake disc. This mechanically locks the shaft in place. The LM-device can be operated manually, hydraulically or electrically.

The STL-modular system is indeed a modular system so you can choose the function(s) needed. All from single S, T or L functions, combined dual functions in terms of SL, ST or TL to a complete STL system can be selected.

EVERYONE BECOMES A VIP-CUSTOMERDellner Brakes serves everyone, from small to very large customers, all of them have top priority with us. Flexibility is a watchword and a “normal series” can vary from 1-piece manufacturing to thousands of units. We have a wealth of experience in bringing rubber based components to life with the vast majority of our parts being dynamic, whether in a single plane or multi-directional. We specially design and formulate engineered fabric and polymer laminates to resist stress, shear, com-pression, extension and high pressure inflation. We can also incorporate specific properties to meet temperature extremes, be it high or low temperatures with components remaining flexible at -40°C and below.

We have a collaborative approach to design and our customers work in conjunction with us to ensure that we design a product that meets the challenges placed upon us. We have extensive in-house 3D CAD capability and can handle files in most native formats.

We have extensive testing facilities through a series of on-site test rigs simulating accelerated life cycle testing or laboratory testing to measure specific material properties. Whatever your requirement or application, Dellner Woodville has the experience and capabilities to design, manufacture and supply a custom made component for your specific application.
