Green monster smoothieMakes 4 small smoothies
Ingredients:2 cups fresh or frozen spinach or kale (remove stems)2 cups water1 cup pineapple (fresh, frozen or canned in 100% juice)1 cup mango or peaches (fresh, frozen or canned in 100% juice)2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
Directions:Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add fruit and blend again until smooth.
